For those who don’t follow me on my social media ( ehem, you should go do that now @thisisjocelyne) I shared with everyone my sister’s baby announcement! I honestly never imagined how excited I would be. Mairely and her husband Dario will be amazing parents 😊 (as well as I will be an amazing aunt 😉)
So far, our little southern pecan is 9 weeks out. We took advantage of hurricane Matthew to bring us all together to do a quick little photo shoot as they begin their journey. Stay updated as I will be sharing with you the progress of her pregnancy.
If there are any moms out there that have any advice to first time mothers please post a comment below or shoot me an email. This is a wonderful experience for her and I’m sure will benefit from any advice you give her.
You guuuyyysss!!!! I’m so happy to share with you my final assignment in my first digital photography class. I’m in love with these shots mainly because they are two of my closest friends and they are just too cute. ( am I right?! )
In this assignment, I wanted to show a scene that captured their true expression and not just an “act” of love. I was pleased that Emmanuel and Gabriela loved these as much as I did. Could this be the new couple of the year?
Hey guys! I know its been a while but I have been working on some big projects for you so bear with me! In the mean time, I wanted to share with you a quick little photo shoot I did of some dear friends of mine from back home. All these pictures can be found on my new Facebook page ,Famous Misfits Photography , that will be completely dedicated to all my photography work. Don’t forget to give it a like and follow me on my social media (Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) for future updates.
Last Friday I received the news that my sister is getting married! We are all very happy for her and looking forward to the day. Just yesterday, we decided to do a quick session using my Minolta x-370 just for fun (I mean why not). Even though mother nature was trying to kick us out from the beautiful Lake Mayer, we were stubborn enough to capture a few pics just before the rain got us. Over all I absolutely love how they came out. The vintage filter that film cameras naturally give pictures is amazing. Here are a couple of pictures just to show you these silly love birds and how cool film cameras can be….of course 😉
